The monthly price depends on how complex your site is. A simple information site costs less than one with bookings, online payments or member areas. We’ll give you a clear monthly price before anything starts.
It’s a monthly service, not a payment plan. You’re not paying off a build over 12 months. The fee keeps your site hosted, looked after and up to date for as long as you’re with us.

Is there really nothing to pay upfront?
That's right. We design and build your site with nothing to pay upfront, and billing only starts the month your site goes live. You pay nothing while it's being built.
What's included in the monthly fee?
Hosting, security updates, regular backups, and up to 3 small changes a month, such as updating text, swapping images or adding a news post. We also look after your web address for you, renewals included. Bigger additions, like a new section or online bookings, are quoted separately so you always know the price first.
Who owns our web address?
Your organisation does. It stays registered in your name, and we manage it for you.
What happens after 12 months?
Most clients simply stay on their plan, so their site stays hosted, secure and looked after. After the first 12 months it becomes rolling monthly, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
Can we update it ourselves?
You don't need to. Send us what you'd like changed and we'll do it for you. Up to 3 small changes a month are included.
How long does it take?
Most sites are live within 3 to 4 weeks of us receiving your content. We'll give you a date at the start.
Is there VAT on top?
No. The price you see is the price you pay.
